No service charge unless the average
daily balance falls below $10,000.00. If the balance falls below
$10,000.00, a statement cycle service charge fee of $8.00 will be
imposed.
Excessive item charge fee of $10.00
will be charged for each debit transaction (withdrawal, check paid,
automatic transfer or payment out of account) in excess of six during a
statement cycle.
